Pole dancing lessons are for the ladies who can think of nothing worse than slaving away at the gym. Our lessons are for fun and fitness and women of all shapes, sizes and ages find themselves addicted to the pole after just a couple of hours spinning! Pole dancing is fitness that is girly, sexy and done in high heels. No tracksuits or gymwear here! It is excellent for improving muscle tone and especially good for getting rid of those bingo wings. Women strut away from their lesson feeling fabulous and with a new found confidence. The Beginners Pole Dancing Course: is aimed at people who have never had pole dancing lessons before. Our beginners course is the most comprehensive course and runs for 6 weeks, each lesson lasts for an hour, and for those who are really looking to learn some great moves. You will be tackling a series of different spins, tricks and linking moves, before finishing the course by climbing the pole and going upside down! What to wear. The most common question from Ultramodern students is what they should wear to to their pole dancing lessons! For your pole dance class, you will need: - Trainers for the warm up
- High Heels
- A top thats easy to move in (eg: Vest top or t-shirt)
- Shorts or hot pants.
Prices. - 1 to 1 lesoons: £10 an hour.

Lesson are suitable for all females aged 16+ whatever fitness level or ability. The focus is on fitness, dance and heaps and heaps of fun.
